Terms of Service

By booking a tour package or using the services of Marvella Vacations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 45+ days before travel: 25% of package cost retained
• Cancellation 30–44 days before travel: 50% of package cost retained
• Cancellation 15–29 days before travel: 75% of package cost retained
• Cancellation less than 15 days before travel: 100% of package cost retained

3. Itinerary Changes

Marvella Vacations reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, government advisories, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always endeavour to offer equivalent alternatives at no additional cost.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Marvella Vacations is not liable for losses arising from the absence of travel insurance.

5. Liability

Marvella Vacations acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. Our liability is limited to the value of services directly provided by us. We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by third-party service providers.
